The larger restaurant space (7,000 s.f.) will be the 'casual upscale restaurant and raw bar' focusing on organic and pasture raised foods. While the food will be comfort-fusion gourmet, the interior design will be traditional french bistro with marble table tops.
There is a large bar and lounge (Dirty Olive) seating over 50 people and the dining area will seat approximately 100 people. We do not intend on making this restaurant a special occasion restaurant, but more of a home away from home. Upscale, luxury, comfortable, with a patina that invites the guest. We want it to feel as comfortable as your favorite pair of old sneakers. And we want people to stay as long as they like.
*There is a pianist and a jazz/blues singer performing from 7pm to Midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
Jax Hoagie Shack & Juicery
A smaller restaurant space (3,000 s.f.) will be an upscale hot hoagie shop and raw organic juicery and smoothie shop. All fresh organic ingredients. This is a fast-casual establishment. You place your order and pay at the counter, take a buzzer and pick your food up at the pickup window. And we also provide timed guarantees during the lunch meal period.
